A.C.C.P.I. SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS WINNERS

 

The best and brightest in Hamilton’s young African-Caribbean community are recognized each year for academic excellence and contributions to the community.

 

Cathy Ferreira, president of ACCPI, has said the awards showcase positive achievements people need to hear about more often. "An event like this is not just the awards ... (it's) a whole celebration of the community, not just the youth."

 

These events help younger generations to aspire to be future award winners.
